The R/B should be due to decay soon. I say "should be" because Space-Track
information cannot be repeated here and isn't that helpful anyway. Calsky
initially showed this as decaying in the next few hours but now does not
show any decay, a look at the predictions indicates some problem which is
probably related to a problem with Space-Track's TLEs. No other
information appears to be available from other sites. It is interesting to
note on Space-track the epochs when you ask for last 5 elsets and for last
    elset!

Hopefully Daniel may be able to assist us again with his valuable and
    accurate work.

As far as I can determine using best available information we have daylight
passes at 1956 and 0204 UTC. However conditions are poor here. Those
further south of here may have some other chances which are too low
    elevation at this location.

In view of 51 degree elevation of ISS and associated hardware I continue to
be in suspense whether there will ever be a visible decay of something down
    here.
