Saw Progress M-61 (32001,07-33A) last night very bright (+1) low and fast in
the east through Delphinus at 2:28 UT. No sign of r/b, though I started late
looking and it is awfully low at my latitude.

No sign of USA 102 (23031,94-17B) as reported by Ed Cannon. Gave up search
after a few minutes late, even in bad conditions should have seen it on a
very good pass with 6 mag stars seen high in Hercules. Turned attention to
    Rubin 3/ AlS r/b (27561 02-54C) which gave several flashes including a
whopper (+2 mag or better), first time I've seen it that bright.

Did not see new Ofeq 7 payload in very poor conditions, after seeing
    spectacular flashing from its r/b (31602) 8/2/07. Superbird A (20040,89-41A)
flashing to +5 in Sagittarius, phase shift at 3:32 UT for me. Full
positional and PPAS later, before I'm off to dark skies this weekend.
