I grabbed a couple of quick obs of USA 129 whilst out in the garden 
observing variable stars.

24680 96 072A   2751 G 20060829210706900 17 25 1700798+731450 47 I+010 05
24680 96 072A   2751 G 20060829210749360 17 25 1256741+771296 96 I+050 05

USA 129 gave a beautiful mag -2 flare near the zenith so it was easy to spot 
with the naked eye.
