    For some of the NOSS, the hobbyist designations differ from the official
    designations. Heavens-Above uses hobbyist NOSS elements, but probably is using
    official designations of the satellites, so some of the designations do not
    match. 
    
    As long as you use the designations from the above web page, Heavens-Above will
    provide accurate predictions, despite the differences in designations.
