NOSS 2-1 (E) catalog number

    Hello list.
   
In the NOSS satellite page of SATOBS 
  ((http://www.satobs.org/noss.html#NOSS2))
the catalog number for NOSS 2-1 (E) is 20642.
   
But when I use this number in Heavens-Above, it
reports the satellite as "Titan 45K-4 Stage 2". 

I am almost sure that both Whole Sky Chart and
Detailed Star Chart of HA are the same as what one
will see in the sky. But the name is not correct.
   
Anybody can help?
