    Notes:
    ----------

    (1) Much cloud eventually forcing me to stop.

    (2) #99906 - interesting flashes. For most of the pass observed it
showed minor variations in magnitude but for about two minutes,
when the phase angle was 11-12 degrees, it flashed quite brightly
about 2-3 magnitudes brighter. I tried to determine a period and
the following are times of all flashes seen:

        16:58:01.3, 16:58:15.0, 16:58:33.4, 16:58:40.6, 16:58:41.0
        16:58:47.4, 16:58:54.8, 16:58:55.3, 16:58:56.1, 16:59:02.8
        16:59:03.3, 16:59:09.2, 16:59:09.7, 16:59:17.6, 16:59:34.6
        16:59:35.0, 16:59:35.5, 16:59:49.0, 16:59:49.4, 16:59:50.0

generally there would be a gap of quite a few seconds then two
or three bright flashes in succession spaced approximately 0.4 to
0.5 seconds. Not all flashes were of equal brightness.

    Cheers
    Greg
