    I hope this is not totally OT...
    
    Somewhat inspired by the discussion of Lacrosse 5's habit of
    disappearing from time to time(*), I've started to compile a
    "sourcebook" of references to matters pertaining to stealth satellite
    development.

    for those who might be interested. 
    
    (*) Based on what's been reported here, I see absolutely no reason to
    think L5 itself was intended to be stealthy. Its disappearing trick is
    probably an unintended result of some design feature that's there for a
    completely different purpose.
