Iridium 17?

    I have IridFlar predictions for Iridium 17 flaring 8-10 seconds before Iridium 
77 in the coming (also past) two weeks.

But 17 has a higher MM, increasing by natural drag?
Has it failed completely? Is it tumbling?
Has anyone seen it flaring on time recently?
