    #23232 or 1991-15 H is a piece of debris from the Ariane-4 14 3rd stage.
    In PPAS there are the following entries for 91-15
    91- 15 A 98-07-21 21:35:00   RO                       mag 10
    91- 15 C 96-11-09 02:25      PM                       S, mag 10
    91- 15 C 96-12-09 04:00      PM        1.0     280    MAG 9-9.7
    91- 15 C 97-06-09 09:23      VAG                      Some var M10->11 LP
    91- 15 F 00-04-26            MM                 3     occdim1
    91- 15 G 97-07-01            MM                 6     occdim1.5,or8?
    91- 15 G 99-03-22            MM                13     ft.5

    Mike McCants has observed two fragments; they were flashing.
    So it is possible that fragment H also flashesor flares.

    Greetings and clear, dark skies
