Last night, I managed to finally get around to observe 2 geo sat's before going into work. The skies have been cloudy the nights I have been off, for awhile. So sat observing has taken a dive. First target was Milstar 1 as I call it. Here's my non proper way updated orbit, to locate it. Unknown 041002 1 90023U 04776A 05189.90841197 0.00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 03 2 90023 4.9300 187.7833 0008147 191.9926 168.0074 1.00270300 04 I found it was bright and easy to see on the TV screen, 2 hours before it passes through the area of sky, where it's main body would cause it to flare. So to me, it looks like solar panel flares have started. I then went to observe Galaxy 11 and Milstar 6. I observed Galaxy 11, didn't have time to hunt down milstar 6.
