     On July 28, 25600's apogee was 13,937 km.  Its perigee was 126 km.
    
    Today its apogee is 11,873 km and its perigee is 121 km.
    
    2,000 km off the top and 5 km off the bottom.
    
    Shouldn't this thing be burning up soon?
