    The denepr rocket's all ready to sent them on there way.

Liftoff is scheduled for 23:10 UTC ( Aug 23 )

The satellites will be in approx 610 km high sun sync orbit. 

Based on a approx search orbit I made up, I am out of luck at seeing them for awhile:(

Now to see what the real orbit will be.
