    At 02:09:35 the FSW Long March 2 rocket soared over me
    at 86 degrees elevation, 152 km range, mag -1 to +1,
    smoothly varying.
    
    This was about 5 s early wrt to Spacetrack elset #65
    so I guess decay is before the current 8:25 prediction.
