I just spent the morning watching the launch of the mars reconnaissance orbiter on NASA TV. the LV performed flawlessly, sep was fantastic and confirmation was just received that the solar arrays have deployed, it is also confrimed that they are drawing power. congratulations to the nasa and lockmart teams! I guess nobody could have gotten a gander of the vehicle after launch/before sep unless they were out sailing on the southern indian ocean... I look forward to getting a look at the atlas and centaur stages in the near future. clear skies! stephan szyman chicago IL USA 41.6840N, 87.7000W; 188m asl ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
