If you go to this URL: http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/realdata/sightings/cities/viewsighting.cgi?New_Yor k.html you'll get NASA's predictions for ISS and Shuttle sightings for NYC. Question: With the shuttle due to land at 5:08 a.m. Tuesday, how is it possible to have a viewing in New York at 4:58, the same morning? My feelings are, that only if Discovery is waved-off on Orbit #217, would it be visible from NYC . . . basically following along the ISS track, but trailing it by about 5 minutes. -- joe rao ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
