On Aug 10, an atlas 5 rocket will be used to send the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, on it's way to mars. Launch window opens at 11:54 UTC ( Aug 10 ) 58 mimutes after launch, the rocket will release the spacecraft, and dump it's fuel. Ephemeris data for the spacecraft, starting around the time of release from upper stage is at http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov Maybe someone will observe the MRO, as it heads out to mars.
