Astro E2 Rk (05-025B, 28774) was tumbling with a flash
period maybe in the 10-15 second range.

Astro E2 itself (05-025B, 28773) was not seen, but there
will be more passes of it and the launch vehicle (weather
    permitting).

I don't know how far north these two are visible. Japan?
