for example to get ISS transit predictions, browse to
http://www.calsky.com/?ISS=& 
To get coordinates for the shadow ground track, click on 'Transit
Centerline' in the 'Satellite-Menu' or the 'Centerline' link within an event
description.

You can even subscribe to alert emails for your specific site:
http://www.calsky.com/?Jobmanager=&

Thomas Fly also offers an email service.
