5919 obs 20040823 #24680

    On the early pass, with Sun at -6 and only Vega and Deneb at one-power
    I was able to get a right-angle pos above mu Peg and its 1-degree friend
    and a wide split beta/eta Peg. The only other star that appeared in
    the FOV a minute later was a 1.8 degree appulse, and ObsReduce finds
    it 1.0 s late, for which I find no reason - the first two were .12 and .36 s
