SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared August 17, 21:37 UTC - shows the decay on:
    17 August, 19:38 UTC +/- 14 minutes (27.00S, 63,70E) descending over the
    Indian Ocean.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSET 04230.783... (SFX 135, ap 009) the
    decay on:
    17 August, 19:36 UTC +/- 06 minutes (18.460S, 58.700E) also southbound
over the Indian Ocean east of Madagascar.

SCC'S co-ords are correct. I have done a manual input error of the Argument
of Perigee (205.60100 instead 223.17300). Sorry, my preceding message with
    a remark about SCC'S co-ords was wrong.
