MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSET 04230.783... (SFX 135, ap 009) the decay on: 17 August, 19:36 UTC +/- 06 minutes (18.460S, 58.700E) also southbound over the Indian Ocean east of Madagascar. SCC'S co-ords are correct. I have done a manual input error of the Argument of Perigee (205.60100 instead 223.17300). Sorry, my preceding message with a remark about SCC'S co-ords was wrong.
