Report time: 09:30 UTC 1978-083A (#11015) Cosmos 1030 At this time SCC has no updated their 01 DAY(S) before decay message. As I suspected in my preceding message - apparently lost in space and not appeared here - the decay has splipped. MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04230.181... - 04230.321... (SFX 130, ap 008) the decay on: 17 August, 18:17 UTC +/- 22 minutes (42.60°S. 99.04°E) descending over the Indian Ocean. As I mentioned yesterday Cosmos 1030 - crippled after a breakup on 10 October 1978 - is a difficult predictable decayer.
