I got a video of TiPS tonight during the 11 PM flyover.  Highlight jpg is
uploaded at

Both Ralph and Norton were visible flashing intermittently, and the tether
was continuously visible.  I was not able to see the objects visually or
through optical aid, I relied on the camera instead.  Stellacam EX at max
integrations and gain (seeing 3/5 trans 2/5 baaaad) in a light-polluted city
park using an 8" SCT at f/2 (Fastar).  It was fun!
