2004-032B (#28400) Soyuz RB

SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared August 13, 17:13 UTC - shows decay on:
13 August, 17:02 UTC +/- 07 minutes  (04.0°S, 171.0°E) ascending over the Pacific.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04226.103.. - 04226.590... (SFX 150 +/- 003,
ap 010 +/- 002) the decay now on:
13 August, 16:54 UTC +/- 09 minutes (34.26°S, 143.62°E) also northbound
over SW Australia.
