    Not sure on the specs of the second stage, but from what I can tell it's 5 m across. 
    
    There's 3 Delta 4 second stage's in orbit, only one is unclassfd.

    It was used to launch the Eutelsat W5 on Nov 20,2002. The other 2 where used for DSCS III
