SCC'S 06 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared August 13, 11:21 UTC - predicts 
the decay on:
13 August, 17:09 UTC +/- 03 hours ( 04.0°N, 176.3°E) ascending over the Pacific.

MPM+Reentry delivers with the ELSETs 04226.103... -04226.468... (SFX 150, ap 011)
the decay on:
13 August, 17:01 UTC +/- 22 minutes (21.38°S, 157.04°E) also northound over
the South Pacific.
