JPL has update the predictions for the genesis spacecraft at

http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov

So you can see, if you get a good chance to see it. 

It reach's 24 degrees above the horizon for my location, on the day it drops the sample return
capsule, which is Sept 8. But it say's the object is mag 14:( Way to faint for me to see, if the
value is really true.
