milstar 6 observed and globalstar 23 video

    I observed milstar 6 again as it flared up bright:) Ah the joy of knowing when to look for it.
    
    I also captured a pass of globalstar 23, the one ed cannon reported flashing.

    This allows me to compress the video, with some loss of quality. But it takes up less space.
    
    I still have, the video in MPEG 2 format, as I can view it on the dvd player.
    
    Also tried looking for the milstar reported to be parked at 120 degrees West. No luck so far.
    I was assuming it would also flare up like milstar 6, so I could search for it using the video
    setup.
