Using stk 5.02, I get the following values for the iss using the following lastest orbit

    ISS
    1 25544U 98067A 03238.81247796 .00017280 00000-0 20221-3 0 4005
    2 25544 51.6325 24.6658 0007102 171.3254 339.2031 15.61643575272036

Date and Time in UT Distance from Mars in Km

    27 Aug 2003 08:30:23.00 55,751,580.877751
    27 Aug 2003 10:02:34.00 55,751,545.081891
    27 Aug 2003 11:34:45.00 55,751,597.012317

It looks like the distance from the iss to the surface of mars, and not it's centre.
