Using stk 5.02, I get the following values for the iss using the following lastest orbit

ISS

Date and Time in UT          Distance from Mars in Km

27 Aug 2003 08:30:23.00      55,751,580.877751
27 Aug 2003 10:02:34.00      55,751,545.081891
27 Aug 2003 11:34:45.00      55,751,597.012317    

It looks like the distance from the iss to the surface of mars, and not it's centre.
