I watched GRACE 1 #27391 02012A flare to mag 2.5 at 05:20:38 23 Aug +/- 3
sec UTC approx 5 deg below and 1 deg East of Polaris and at 05:21:15 GRACE 2
#27392 02012B flared to mag 2, just slightly brighter than Polaris, and it
started to flare approx 5 deg directly below Polaris. Both lasted for
several seconds, Grace 2 lasted longer, and both were descending to the
North. The Sun angle at the time was -17 deg Az 315.
