    Cosmos 970 debris seems to fit the location and time period, although going
    the wrong way. However i think with the suddeness of the flash, me checking
    the time and looking thru glass i may have been mistaken in it's direction
    so perhaps it might have been Cosmos 970 debris after all. Thanks to all.
