As i was watching IGS 1B #27699 03009B as it trailed IGS Fairing 2 #27703
03009F, a very bright flash, like a camera flash, est mag -4 was seen approx
15 deg to the West of IGS 1B at 06:03:20 +/- 3 sec 13 Aug UTC. I thought it
was a Perseid at first but turned and saw an object heading to the NW from
the S. ERS-1 #21574 91050A seems to be the object.
