Here are my estimated initial elements of SciSat, assuming launch from the
drop zone west of VAFB, on 2003 Aug 13 at 02:10 UTC:

    SciSat 1.5 0.0 0.0 7.5 d
    1 70000U 03225.26999752 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 01
    2 70000 74.0000 64.0000 0005000 178.7796 181.3414 14.75000000 21

Initially, it will be visible in the S. Hemisphere, in the evening.

A morning window opens at mid-Northern latitudes in early September.

It should be readily visible in large binoculars (at least 80 mm aperture) on
    favourable passes.
