    SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Aug 06, 16:47 UTC - predicts
    the decay on
    06 August, 16:25 UTC +/- 07 minutes (37.0°S, 320.0°E)
    descending over the Atlantic.

    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03218.526...- 03218.647...
(SFX 129, ap 045) the decay on
    06 August, 16:26 UTC +/-11 minutes (42.46°S, 321.58°E)
    also southbound over the Atlantic.

My preceding prediction showed 16:25 UTC but with a position
more north. I am trying to solve the discrepancy equivalent
to nearly 3 minutes in time.
