Below message apparently did not make it through to the list, so I now resend it. Apologies if you did happen to receive it twice - Marco ---------------------------------------------------------- Hello, In June & July I spent a few nights walking with my camera & tripod through the town of Leiden, to try to catch some bright Iridium flares & the series of favorable ISS passes around the third week of July on photo. For those interested, some of the results can now be seen at url: http://home.wanadoo.nl/marco.langbroek/satindex.html Besides ISS & Iridium over (a.o.) the old Leiden Observatory, there is also a picture of a zenith-pass of Lacrosse 4 (this picture was taken out of my window, simply by lying the camera flat in the window-frame). These are scans of the printed color slides, not scans of the slides directly. I discovered that this is actually a very nice kind of 'urban astronomy'. :-) regards, - Marco ------ Drs Marco Langbroek Leiden, the Netherlands 52.15896 N, 4.48884 E (WGS 84) meteorites@dmsweb.org http://home.wanadoo.nl/marco.langbroek ------ ----------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from SeeSat-L, send a message with 'unsubscribe' in the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@satobs.org List archived at http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
