Bob Schuette requested the ID of an unknown satellite that he observed.

Bob, your request would have been easier to analyze had you provided
your site co-ordinates. I looked them up in your introductory post
(40.9230N x 75.0970W), but please include them in any future posts that
    contain observation reports.

    I confirm that Meteor 1-31 (81065A / 12585) passed through Cygnus on
    2002 Aug 22 at about 01:01 UTC, but Cosmos 2360 (98045A / 25406) did not
pass through Cygnus at 00:41 UTC. Did you mean the rocket body of Cosmos
    2360, (98045B / 25407), ? It passed through Cygnus at about 00:47 UTC.

On the assumption that your first object was 98045B, then the mid-point
between the passages of your two known objects was about 00:54 UTC, and
a reasonable tolerance would be, say, 8 min. Using IDSat, I searched for
all objects that passed within a 15 deg radius of Gamma Cygni, roughly
    RA 20:20, Dec +40 deg.

I found two likely 4th magnitude candidates, which would have been one
candidate, had you reported the object's direction of travel.

If your object was headed SSE, then Cosmos 2150 r (91041B / 21419) was a
good match; if it was headed NNE, then Topex r (92052D / 22079) was a
    good match.
