    Hi Folks,

Last night I observed a possible unknown satellite orbiting in the area of
Cygnus. In the time frame of 2041 Hrs and 2100 Hrs EDT. [UTC -4Hrs ]
both Cosmos 2360 and Meteor 1-31 were observed. However, this satellite
transitioned between Cosmos 2360 and Meteor 1-31 and had a magnitude of
    roughly 4.0 to 4.3.

Does anyone have any idea on what this satellite is? I'd appreciate any info
    on it...
