    Hopefully I have the IOD format right even if I don't have a site code yet. The location is my usual one,  I just took a GPS reading on it (7 metre accuracy). I was observing with 8x42 binoculars, chatting up a storm to my tape recorder, good reception on CHU tonight too so it was easier to pickup the time signal.
