    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared August 07, 19:25 UTC -
    shows the decay on
    07 August, 19:10 UTC +/- 07 minutes (06.4°S, 118.4°E)
    ascending over the Banda Sea.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02219.679... and
    02219.740.... the decay on
    07 August, 19:12 UTC +/- 07 minutes (02.15°N, 120,37°E)
also northbound over the Indonesian Islands. This is in
good agreement with my preceding prediction.

#19764 was a slow decayer with a relatively stable be-
