Last night I found Gorizont 14 (17969, 87-040A) easily (with 
my 10x50s).  Here is a PPAS report:

87- 40 A 02-08-03 04:09:26   EC 1054.0 0.3  12 87.83  +5.0->inv

I checked more than 35 minutes later, and it was still easy.  
Observing site was 30.307N, 97.727W, 150m, E. Ney Museum.

Thunderstorms about to arrive -- no observing tonight, I guess.
