    1985-103A (#16220) MOLNIYA 1-66

    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared August 02, 20:37 UTC -
    shows the decay on
    02 August, 20:18 UTC +/- 07 minutes (60.0°S, 102.0°E)
    ascending over the Indian Ocean.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 0213.734... - 02213.798... (SFX 180, ap 027) the decay on
    02 August, 20:22 UTC +/- 07 minutes (50.36°S, 126.08°E)
also northbound over the Indian Ocean.

Molniya 1-66 was a difficult decayer. On August 01, SPACECOM
delivered some bizarre ELSETs (Large fluctuations for the
eccentricity, the ARPER and also i !). We registered also a
a remarkable increase of the geomagnetic activity with fluctua-
tions. Not the best conditions for a reliable forecast.
