I had to go waaaay back to 1996, but I found the archive link: <http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Feb-1996/0092.html> Now, over 6 years later, I could no doubt update these numbers using better values for inband solar power, and radiometric conversion to visual magnitude, but the end result will be pretty close. The main uncertainty in that calculation was the tether inband reflectivity.
