    Subject: satellite transit

At 21:54 on 8/26/01 I saw a satellite transit across the moon while using a
telescope at about 100x. It looked like the hubble in shape and went very
fast, so i only got a quick glimpse. The satellite was completely dark and
not visible after the transit, and it was not an airplane. Could you tell
    me
what satellite it was? I live in Stirling New Jersey.
