You're right Walter ! Using the latest elset from OIG obtained at 04:00 UT on
the 21st, Discovery is the leader 37 seconds ahead of Simplesat and ISS is 20
seconds behind Simplesat. This was timed at northbound equator at around 03:31
UT.
