USA 159 r observed by Paul Gabriel

    Paul Gabriel observed the object on 2001 Aug 17 at 02:20 UTC. It was closer to
    Mike McCants' search orbit (below) than to mine.

    2 26881  28.6968 183.0304 0370000 185.7071 174.2914 15.39074020    03
    
    Paul did not have time to make a complete report, but judging by his comments,
    the object was well within 1 min of the time predicted using the above, and
    near the predicted track. Paul observed several points, which he hopes to post
    later tonight.
    
    If anyone can obtain an accurate point on a subsequent revolution, then we will
    be able to compute a fairly accurate mean motion.
