Recent observations include 25723 Abrixas r from Mt. Wilson, CA. We were
looking for Perseids; not many, but a nice session.
Good location was about 2 miles beyond the Red Box campground (Mt.
    Wilson turnoff); much less traffic.

The pass culminated 05:19 PDT = 12:19 UTC on 8/12. Predicted mag 3.9,
observed flashing about every 5 s from mag 3 to mag 2.

    34.2 deg N 118.07 deg W about 1650 m

    Best, Mark
