    the decay on 10 August, 14:42 UTC + 15 hours (60.0N, 209.3E)
on an ascending pass very near Anchorage (Alaska).
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01221.011...-01221.563... the decay
    on 10 August, 14:22 UTC +/- 45 minutes (21.80S, 198.10E)
