    shows the decay on    05 August, 13:12 UTC +/- 04 hours (29.7N, 161.1E)
    on an northbound pass over the Pacific.
    MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01217.048... 01217.254.... the decay
                          05 August, 12:41 UTC +/- 22 minutes (46.73S, 53.94E)
    on an ascending pass over the Indian Ocean.
    Around the decay window are two passes over the USA and Canada from NW to SE:
