This merely suggests that the authors of satspy have adjusted the 
standard brightness of ISS for the addition of the latest module.
 This magnitude must be in an auxilary file,
as it isnt provided in the TLEs from OIG. 
Its looks like  heavens-above.com hasnt adjusted the standard magnitude
