    Hoi List,

Another good evening for observing and photography.
Measured the position of three satellites:
    #25017: Lacrosse 3
    #24680: USA 129
    #25744: USA 144

In IOD format, still without a station code, but coordinates are below and
Russell Eberst is working on it:
    25017 97 064A F 20000825203716720 37 25 1943930+121870
    68
    24680 96 027A F 20000825210217860 37 25 1714730+235810
    48
    25744 99 028A F 20000825213701180 37 25 1855760+335010
    38

    Latitude: 51°54'41"N
    Longitude:	05°10'25" E
    Elevation:	-2 m

Also observed and photographed the flashing of Okean-O r (#25681) and I
    tried to observe the
NOSS 2-3 triplet, but this failed. I did make a photograph of the starfield
it had to cross, but if they are on the negative I don't know.

Then another flashing sat I can't identify. At approximately 20:31:50 (+/-
10s) UTC I saw a flash in Hercules. I saw it from the corner of my eye and
had to guesstimate the position. I think the flash was negative in
magnitude. As I watched more carefull to the area the first flash appear a
second one was visible. For a fraction of a second I saw the bright flash
some degrees above the cup-shaped feature in Hercules thus roughly above Pi
and Eta Her. Some seconds, could be 5, could be 10, later a third flash
occured, now of a magnitude of +1/+2. There were approximately 5 degrees
between the flashes and the object moved from south to north, into the
direction of Ursa Major. Between the flashes the satellite must have had a
magnitude less than +5, the limiting magnitude at that time. A quick peak
through my binocular didn't show a sat, but then again I wasn't looking
hard enough, because I was expecting more flashes.

Can someone help me with the identification of this sat? Would be nice to
    observe it some more.

    Regards,
    	Cees Bassa
