    Hoi,

Second night of observation. Very clear skies, with no wind. A real
pleasure to observe in such weather.

I had planned to measure 5 positions, but one failed because the sat
appeared too early and I wasn't having the stopwatch nearby and the last
failed because I had aimed my telescope at the wrong starfield (oops).

I'm waiting to get a station code assigned, so for those that want to do
something with these observations I've placed my coordinates below.
    25017 97 064A G 20000823211250500 57 25 2021153+125005

    Latitude: 51°54'41" North
    Longitude: 05°10'25" East
    Elevation: -2 m

Thanks for all your replies to my first set of observations. Using OBSENTRY
now to convert my observations to the IOD format and Rob Matsons Skymap 6.4
to get the position of the sat.

Please let me know if these observations are accurate enough to use. As
Wayne Hughes, I also hope I haven't made any big mistakes.

    Regards,
    	Cees
